The process includes chopping bananas, mashing bananas, weighing flour, melting butter...
Preparing eggs, mixing ingredients...
Scooping ingredients into muffin cups...
Put the trays into the oven for 20-25 minutes bake... Then half way, open the oven and do this amazing 'peng peng peng'...
There you go... hot delicious muffins fresh from oven...
Yummy, yummy, yummy... it smells good and taste fantastic!!

Btw, we actually had another round of muffins+tarts making last week. Muffins were still not too bad, egg tarts need to spend more effort (pity S.C.). I took some pix of tart making too but I am lazy to write another blog... ;)
