Get Fit 2015 – Charity Health Fair
was one of our Club’s major projects for FY2014-2015. The event was launched on
21.3.2015 at a press conference hosted by Station One @ Hills Shopping Mall.

On 29.3.2015, members and FOL came
out in force to make this a fun-filled and purposeful event.
The program for the day:-
Whole day: Health fair and exhibition - Various booths
10am–1pm: Free health screening
by Sarawak Heart Foundation (Body mass index, Blood pressure, Blood sugar,
Cholesterol check and Counseling)
Free breast
examination and Counseling by Sarawak Breast Cancer Support Group
2–3.30pm: 90mins Zumbathon - Led by ZIN® Victor
