Walk-a-Payung Fun day with SLE Association

Members and FOL attended: Emily, Derbe, Joanne, Jenny, Eng Eng, Gladys

Members and friends of SLE association gathered at the Waterfront for a walk and line dancing session to promote SLE awareness. Our club assisted in the project by sponsoring drinking water and helping out on the day itself.

The last day of the school trip started with a service at St. Thomas Cathedral:

Followed by a tour and lunch at the Sarawak Museum:

Adopt-a-school 2011: Phase 2 - SK Semban School trip to Kuching - Day 2

Day 2: 22.9.2011

The day started with breakfast at the hostel:

The kids were then went to the Planetarium at the Civic Centre:

Then it was on to Bako National Park:

At the Jetty to board the boats to the Park. Again, big thanks to Tuan Haji Ali Yusup and the Sarawak Forestry for arranging and sponsoring the boat transfers and tour of the Bako National Park.

 At 5pm, the group boarded the Sarawak River Cruise at the Kuching Waterfront for an evening cruise of the Sarawak River:
