Aikido Women Self Defence Demo

Venue: Seishinkan Dojo, Panovel Commercial Center, Jalan Mendu traffic light intersection, above Guardian Pharmacy/Samourai, near DPS departmental store

Project:
- Joint project with Lodge Alumni Association and Seishinkan Dojo

- The instructors - Reuben and Desmond (assisted by TJ) gave an informative demo on how women can utilise some easy techniques to defend and save themselves.
